Timothy “Tim” R. Bennett is an associate attorney in Chalmers Adams’ Alpharetta office. He focuses his corporate law practice on representing emerging companies, litigating commercial business disputes, commercial litigation, and employment issues. Prior to joining Chalmers Adams, Tim served in positions that gave him extensive first chair-trial experience in criminal and civil litigation.
Tim has tried cases before courts, juries, and administrative agencies throughout Georgia. He has successfully handled litigation matters from start to finish, which involved cross-examining plaintiffs, defendants, and expert and fact witnesses, drafting dispositive motions and briefs, arguing motions in limine, and litigating matters.
Tim earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of Georgia, where he graduated summa cum laude.
