Personal Experience & Biography

Daniel M. Krchnavek focuses his practice on representing individuals undergoing difficult family situations and advising businesses on a variety of legal matters.  With excellence as his standard, Daniel uses his experience and work ethic to achieve client goals.

Daniel has represented men, women, servicemembers, business owners, and domestic violence victims enduring the most difficult times of their lives. He earns the position of a trusted ally that takes the time to understand the intricacies of each client’s unique situation to achieve the best possible outcome.  

Before entering private practice, Daniel served as the Regulatory and Compliance Counsel for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, the State Education Agency of North Carolina. Daniel has drafted, negotiated, and enforced multimillion-dollar contracts and service level agreements. He has represented the agency in clawing back improperly spent tax dollars. In private practice, Daniel advises businesses on various state and federal data privacy issues, intellectual property issues, and education law issues.

Daniel received his B.A., cum laude, from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, where he double majored in Government and International Politics and Russian and Eurasian Studies. He received his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School where he graduated in the top 20% of the class and served on the Baylor Law Review and the Baylor Christian Legal Society. Daniel is a member of the North Carolina State Bar.
