The article discusses the fight of Deborah Cook, Chuck’s client, to hold Energy & Process Corporation accountable for alleged wrongdoing.
Tucker, GA based E&P was a sub-contractor providing thousands of tons of steel rebar for construction of the MOX nuclear facility near Savannah. Ms. Cook uncovered alleged problems after she was hired as a procurement specialist for the prime contractor responsible for all construction. E&P denies any wrongdoing, but agreed to pay $4.6 million in a settlement with the federal government.
