Moses Ayala advises clients on matters concerning campaign finance, non-profit formation, direct and grassroots lobbying, lobbying procurement, political contributions, pay-to play, and gift disclosure requirements at the federal, state, and local level.

Moses has advised a variety of clients on these types of matters, which include companies listed in the Fortune top 100 list, national sports leagues, lobbying firms, federal candidates, federal political parties, political organizations, and tax-exempt organizations. In 2018, Moses served as associate counsel to the Republican Governors Association (RGA), where he worked alongside Michael Adams in helping the RGA’s efforts to elect Republican governors nationwide.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Moses received his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York.

Moses is based in Washington, D.C and is an active member of the Republican National Lawyers Association, Syracuse Law Alumni Association, and Washington D.C. Buffalo Bills Backers.
